Energy balls with cashews

It often happens that hunger welcomes us because there is a peckish or because we mistakenly skipped a meal. My advice is to always have something at hand to avoid falling into temptation, enter into the bakery and order the classic croissant. Even a snack during the day becomes a special moment if we focus on the quality of important food. Avoiding the agonizing task of calorie counting, think of something that nourishes you with taste.

So, here’s the recipe for these balls, full of nutrients and yummy!

  • 200 g of medjol dates
  • 150 g of cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa (raw vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

In your blender, powdered cashews, adding dates, cocoa and oil. A batter should come out with which to form balls (moisten the hands with water). Place them in a glass container and keep in the fridge for a week at most.

Before going out, put a pair of them in a small container that you find space in your bag or backpack.
